Yes — carrier APIs, EDI and telematics feeds. Carrier integration quality varies enormously, so our integration layer is built to tolerate partners whose feeds are unreliable without corrupting the operational view.

How much does routing optimisation actually save?

It varies too much by network shape and current maturity for a credible headline number. We baseline against your actual operational data during assessment and give you a defensible estimate before you commit to build.

Can automation handle exceptions without human oversight?

Within defined authority limits, yes — reroute within cost thresholds, notify, reschedule. Decisions beyond those limits escalate to a human with the context already assembled.
