Industrial data platforms
Streaming ingestion from plant systems into a governed platform where operational and enterprise data can be analysed together.
Data & Analytics ↗TechKTM connects operational technology on the factory floor to the enterprise systems that plan and cost production — turning machine data into decisions about throughput, quality and maintenance.
Manufacturing generates enormous volumes of operational data and uses remarkably little of it. Machine controllers, SCADA systems and quality stations produce continuous signal, most of which is retained locally, examined only when something breaks, and never reaches the ERP where planning decisions are actually made.
The gap is architectural. OT and IT networks were deliberately separated for good safety and security reasons, and bridging them requires care rather than enthusiasm. Done carelessly, it introduces safety risk; done well, it turns reactive maintenance into predictive maintenance and turns quality inspection into quality prediction.
The organisations getting value here aren't the ones with the most sensors. They're the ones who connected a small number of high-value signals to a decision somebody actually makes.
Machine and process data retained locally, invisible to planning, costing and quality functions.
Failures discovered when production stops, rather than predicted from condition signals already being generated.
Planning systems working from stale assumptions about actual line capacity and throughput.
Legitimate reluctance to connect operational networks, in the absence of a security architecture that makes it safe.

Data & Analytics ↗Models that use condition and process signal to predict failure and quality deviation before they cost you a run.
AI & Intelligent Automation ↗Segmented network architecture and one-way data paths that let information flow to the enterprise without exposing control systems.
Cybersecurity ↗Edge and cloud infrastructure sized for continuous high-volume telemetry without unbounded cost growth.
Cloud & Infrastructure ↗Yes — we integrate through standard industrial protocols and gateways rather than requiring control system replacement. The control layer stays as it is; we build the data path outward from it.
Data paths from OT to IT are read-only and network-segmented by design. Nothing we build writes back into control systems without explicit, separately-reviewed justification.
Usually a single high-value line or asset class — connect the signal, prove the prediction, quantify the avoided downtime, then expand. Plant-wide programmes that start everywhere tend to finish nowhere.
